AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR
To present an award to an individual on an annual basis in recognition in their professionalism, service and contribution to organized real estate, the community and the association.

BENEVOLENT FUND
To help provide emergency financial assistance to association members for financial hardship due to illness, a catastrophic event/accident or other occurrence beyond their control.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The top authority in the Tulare County Association of REALTORS® that directs and determines overall policies and decisions. 

BOWLING
To plan, organize and carry out an annual bowling tournament for the association to promote fellowship and camaraderie and raise funds for Scholarship and/or Benevolent Fund.

BUDGET
To prepare an annual operating budget and to check the accounting and financial matters of the Association.

BYLAWS
To recommend bylaws amendments with respect to legal conformance, state and national association policies. 

COMMUNITY EVENT
To raise money for charitable causes and/or community imporovement projects.

EDUCATION
To provide programs and information on various topics of interest to REALTOR® members in order to further educate, update and equip members to better serve the public.

ELECTION
To conduct the elections for Tulare County Association of REALTORS®.

GOLF
To plan, organize and carry out an annual golf tournament for the association to promote fellowship and camaraderie and to raise funds for Scholarship and/or Benevolent Fund.

GRIEVANCE
To determine if complaint and arbitration requests warrant a hearing.

INSTALLATION
To plan, organize and carry out an annual installation event for the installation of new officers and directors of the association.

LATINO PROFESSIONALS NETWORK
To inform and assist members of the association in their understanding and responsibilities in giving equal services to all clients regardless of race, creed, religion or national origin.

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
To develop the leadership skills, industry knowledge and civic engagement of its participants to foster a vibrant and diverse real estate community while promoting the values of the REALTOR® organization.

LOCAL CANDIDATE RECOMMENDATION
To make recommendations to CREPAC for financial support of local candidates for election to city, county offices, boards of education and other offices.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
To monitor local legislative and regulatory actions and trends and interpret for REALTORS® their impact on the real estate industry and property ownership.

LONG RANGE PLANNING
To determine the long-range objectives of the Tulare County Association of REALTORS® and the requirements to achieve them.

MEDIA & PR

MLS COMMITTEE
To recommend to the association the manner in which the MLS participants are to be provided with the tools necessary to better servie the general public.

MEMBERSHIP
To plan and coordinate the orientation program for new members and continually review and update this material.

NOMINATING
To study, investigage and present to the voting membership for approval, a slate of REALTOR® members duly qualified to serve as a Director on the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.

PHOTOGRAPHY
To take photographs of events, meetings and other pictures which may be of interest to the association.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
To serve on hearing panels as required to hear matters of alleged ethical misconduct by association members or to provide arbitration as requested between association members.

RAIN & SHINE
To inform members of illlness or death of a member or immediate family to a member or the birth of a child/significant anniversary.

REALTOR ACTION FUND
To educate and inform local association members on the importance and benefits of contributing; To help and increase the association’s participation in the REALTOR® Action Fund.

REALTOR OF THE YEAR
To present an award to a REALTOR® on an annual basis in recognition of their professionalism, service and contribution to organized real estate, the community and the association.

SCHOLARSHIP
To select the most qualified candidates for the Scholarship Fund.

SCRAPBOOK
To gather material for a one-year period and compile/construct two scrapbooks for the association and the outgoing president.

TOYS FOR THE KIDS
To help needy children experience the joy of christmas; To unite all members of the local REALTOR® community in a common cause each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign.

TRAP SHOOT
To plan, organize and carry out an annual trap shoot tournament for the association to promote fellowship and camaraderie and raise funds for Scholarship and Benevolent Funds.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS NETWORK (YPN)
To help young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved with the REALTOR® association, real estate industry, peers and the community.
